We only use 14k solid gold for our products. Nothing plated or filled. Simply put, we want you to wear your jewelry every day and be able to enjoy it forever, without having to worry about taking it off when you shower, wash your hands, go to the beach, or whatever else you're up to.
All diamond items are set with 100% natural, conflict-free white diamonds with a minimum SI clarity and G-H color.

Following Brexit, we unfortunately had to pause all shipments to the EU for the time being. Please rest assured that we are doing our very best to have EU shipments up and running again as soon as possible. All our jewelry has been certified in accordance with The 1973 Hallmarking Act.
Wondering what this means? Put simply, according to The 1973 Hallmarking Act, all items sold in the UK that are made from precious metals (such as gold, silver, platinum, etc.) must be certified by an independent Assay Office.
It means that each item we sell (except the ones that fall below the specified weight threshold) are tested by an independent lab and only get our unique sponsor mark applied when they have the correct amount of gold (58.3% for 14k gold items).
Our main priority is to make you happy. So we offer a 14-day return policy (starting the day your items have been received).
That said, as a small, independent brand, we cannot yet offer a standardised return process or cover the cost of any return shipments. You will be responsible for returning the items in their original, unworn condition to us.

Even though 14k solid gold and natural diamonds are robust materials, we believe that all jewelry deserves some extra love now and then. This is because oils, lotions or soap can make gold and diamonds lose their shine.
For your gold jewelry, we recommend using a soft dry cloth and gently polishing the pieces to resture their beautiful color.
For diamonds, use a soft toothbrush and some warm, soapy water and lightly brush the jewelry. Don't forget to brush the back of the setting as well, as diamonds shine their brightest when light can enter from all sides. Rinse it well to get rid off all soap residue and let the jewelry dry completely.
This depends on the shipping option you choose at check-out. We offer standard and express shipping options.
Standard UK: Tracked standard shipments take around 2-4 working days to arrive and are delivered by Hermes.
Express UK: Tracked express shipments arrive within 1 working day and are delivered by Royal Mail. Please note that the order deadline for this is 11am.

Even though 14k solid gold is harder than 18k and 24k gold, it is still delicate in nature. Particularly very dainty pieces, such as our stacking rings, can bend if you are not careful and might slightly mold to your finger over time. To avoid this, we recommend not wearing your delicate jewelry pieces when you do any heavy lifting (such as at the gym).
Although diamonds are the hardest known material in the world, they can still break or chip when you use excessive force (but why would you do that, right?). That said, all our diamond items are set with a bezel setting that fully surrounds the diamonds and therefore protects them well.

There are a few useful tips for finding the correct size, but the best thing to do is to go to a jeweler in your area and have them measure your finger. Alternatively, you can have a look at our ring sizer or at this useful blog post about finding your ring size.
Don't forget that your fingers tend to swell throughout the day, so measuring in the afternoon or evening will ensure your rings will fit all day long.
